STANDING DEMAND UPON ANY GOVERNMENT BODY

The Operative Assertion and the Seven Questions

This instrument is placed on the record by the living man or woman named below, a Kasid recognized under The Rocke Kehilliah United Estates. It is handed to any court, agency, or officer of any government body as the opening assertion and the required answer before any action proceeds upon this living man or woman. It is to be read into the record and answered before the body moves.

The Operative Assertion

Only the living can constitute a government. No tree, no beast, no abstraction, and no office ever gave itself authority. Every government that has existed was called into being by living men and women, or it was never a government at all. This is not a claim to be weighed; it is the thing itself, and nothing else is even in the room.

Because the living are the sole source, the government holds only what the living possessed and lent. It cannot hold more than its source, any more than a stream rises above its spring. Whatever authority it exercises is borrowed standing, and borrowed standing can never outrank the one who lent it.

From this, one limit is fixed and cannot be crossed. The moment a government ranks one man beneath another, or lifts its office above the living man or woman who authored it, it is exercising an authority its source never held and never gave. In that act it does not represent the corporate body of the living; it draws upon the body’s motion while serving none of the body’s ends. That is the definition of a parasite, not a metaphor for one.

A parasite holds nothing of the body’s own. Its removal subtracts nothing from the living, because the living never placed anything of theirs inside it — however far it has spread, however long it has worn the body’s name, and however loudly it insists the body cannot live without it.

The Seven Questions

Before any government body proceeds in any action upon the living man or woman named below, it is required to answer each of the following truthfully and for the record. Silence, evasion, or refusal is itself an answer, and stands as admission that the body cannot meet the question.

1. Do you acknowledge that your authority was constituted by living men and women, and that you hold nothing your living source did not first possess and lend?
2. Can you name the living man or woman who lent you the specific authority you now claim to exercise over this living man or woman — and produce the grant?
3. Do you claim to hold authority greater than the living source that constituted you? If yes, state where such authority originated, since it did not come from your source.
4. Do you recognize the one before you as a living man or woman, or do you assert he is something less? If less, state precisely what, and the instrument by which you reduced him.
5. Is this action being taken upon a living man or woman, or upon a name, office, or abstraction? Identify which, and if the latter, produce the living party who consented to stand as that thing.
6. Does this action rank the one before you beneath another man, or exalt your office above him? Answer plainly, because either answer binds you.
7. Under what standing, traceable to a living lender, do you proceed — and are you prepared to place that standing on the record, under full commercial liability, in your own name as a living man or woman?

Effect and Reservation

Until every question above is answered truthfully and placed on the record, no action taken upon the living man or woman named below carries the consent of the living, and the body proceeds as parasite and not as organ. All rights are reserved without prejudice under UCC 1-308, and under YHWH alone.
